How It Works
Big Wins Day is back! For 2017, all you have to do is show us what you love about shopping or dining in Clovis. Just go to the City of Clovis Facebook page and post a photo of your shopping or dining experience. Then, on Wednesday, December 13, random winners will be chosen. Prizes include city-wide gift certificates, a variety of gift cards, movie tickets, and much more. Contest begins on Thursday, December 7 and runds until midnight on December 12.

Official Rules:
1. Starting on December 7, 2017 citizens will be encouraged to shop and dine in Clovis, take a photo of their shopping/dining experience, post the photo and the name of the business in the comments section of the Big Wins Day post on the City’s Facebook page. Entries close on December 12th at midnight.
2. On Wednesday, December 13, City of Clovis staff will compile all posts which meet the above requirements. Each post will them be entered into a database. Using a random selection generator, posts will be selected as winners of prizes.
3. Winners will be notified through Facebook and instructions will be provided on how, when, and where to pick up prizes.
4. Employees of the City of Clovis are not eligible to participate.
5. Elected and appointed officials of the City of Clovis government are not eligible to participate.
6. No purchase necessary. To obtain an entry into this contest, visit City of Clovis’ Administration office, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis CA between December 7, 2017 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. and December 12 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. 7. Unless otherwise stated the sponsors of Clovis Big Wins Day make no warranties on any prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and the promotion entities hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
For Winners:
Congratulations on being a BIG WINNER! If you have received BIG WINS DAY Gift Certificates, scroll down to see a list of participating merchants. Your certificate(s) can be used just like cash at any of these Clovis locations. Please remember that when you use these certificates, no change will be given. Also remember that the last day to use your certificates will be December 31, 2017.
For all other gift cards or certificates, please see individual rules, regulations, and directions for use as printed on each card or certificate.
For Merchants:
All businesses located within the City of Clovis are eligible to be “participating merchants”. The City of Clovis guarantees payment up to and equal to the face value of this certificate with the following conditions: Merchant is to mail or deliver certificates to City of Clovis Big Wins, 1033 Fifth Street, Clovis, CA 93612 by January 15, 2018. Please include your mailing information and contact name and phone number. Upon receipt, a check will be issued within 10 days. Any questions, please call (559) 324-2083.
